Losing Weight The Herbal Way

Written By: Philip McDonald

These days, there is a great need for overweight Americans to lose those excess pounds. Being healthy would not only lead them to have a healthier lifestyle but it will also literally lighten their load, and improve their overall well-being.

There is a long list of dieting options available. There are exercise programs, exercise machines, dietary supplements, dietary food and drinks, diet pills - there are even soaps which claim to help you lose pounds while you bathe.

One other available option to shed off those unwanted pounds is to go herbal.

Herbal weight loss products have been in great demand for people who want to lose weight the natural way. However, when you take herbal supplements to lose weight, you would have to wait for a longer time for the results because of the more subtle effects of medicines which came from plants and natural herbs.

Here are some herbal weight loss options that you might want to consider:

1. Herbal weight loss products

There are a lot of herbal weight loss products available in the market now. You can check out the Internet and you will find a lot of herbal weight loss pills and products.

Be careful, however, as there are some products which claim to be safe and natural because they are herbal, but some actually have side effects because of non-extensive research on the effects of these products.

Here are some ingredients and chemicals which make up some herbal weight loss products that you should watch out for, as they might have harmful effects to your health:

- Senna. This is an herbal laxative. Senna is a main ingredient in weight loss teas, and it works by stimulating the colon. The downside effect of this herb is dehydration. It can also lead to colon problems and can become addictive. Some people, when addicted, are unable to perform bowel movements without it, so watch out.

- Chromium picolinate. This is a synthetic compound found in herbal weight loss products. Chromium is a nutrient which helps regulate blood-sugar level. However, this ingredient, when taken in high doses, may cause damage in the chromosomes. It can also lead to dehydration.

- St. John's wort. This supplement increases the production of a chemical in the brain. If not used properly, it may cause eye and skin sensitivity, mild gastrointestinal distress, fatigue and itching.

Although a lot of herbal products claim to be safe and natural, it is better to scrutinize the ingredients and research about the effects of the product itself before going for these herbal dietary pills.

2. Organic food.

A person who buys organically raised eggs and vegetables claim to be healthier, and they are not spending money on doctors and prescriptions as these keep them healthier and away from the hospital. This could also be an option for weight watchers, as organic food is known to be kinder to your weight than chemically-processed food products.

3. Green Tea.

Studies show that intake of green tea, or green tea extracts burns extra calories. Also, green tea with caffeine can increase fat burning by up to 40% thereby reducing fat.

This is one good option for those who want to lose weight. In a study done, people who took green tea were found to lose 2 to 3 times more weight than those who did not drink green tea.

These results show that green tea is a natural product for the treatment of obesity. Thus, it also makes for a healthier dietary option, not to mention the good effects that it has on the body as compared to caffeine. A cup of tea gives an immediate energy lift without the side effects of caffeine.

4. Caffeine.

Coffee provides an energy boost to increase fat burning. Caffeine also provides a likelihood to be active, which in turn increases your rate of calorie burn.

5. Immortality Herb

This herb, whose scientific name is Gymnostemna Pentaphyllum, is known to have the following benefits:
- increases healthy blood flow
- reduces artery blocks
- aids healthy blood pressure
- increases the rate of fat burning

6. Apple Cider Vinegar

There are pills and food supplements whose main ingredient is apple cider vinegar. Here are the benefits of taking this herbal option:
- weight loss
- improved cholesterol level
- improved high blood pressure
- helps prevent rheumatoid arthritis

7. Hoodia Gardonii

Hoodia Gardonii commonly known as Hoodia has no known side effects. Here are some of the benefits:
- suppresses the appetite
- increases energy level
- suppresses thirst (note when losing weight its advisable to drink lots of water).

So there you have it, I tend to favor Hoodia since it has been used for decades by the Sans people of South Africa without any negative side effects.

Is Fitness Over 40 Easy?

Written By: Donovan Baldwin

It seems pretty hard to be fit over 40, doesn't it?

Well, I could tell you about people like Kelly Nelson and Morjoie Newlin, two female bodybuilders. They're not your typical bodybuilders. Kelly Nelson first began training with weights in the early 1980's at age 53 and was still competing in the 21st century in her late 70's...in a bikini...and lookin' good if I may say so! Morjorie Newlin was in HER 70's before a 50 pound bag of cat litter convinced her that if she didn't do something, old age was going to be a difficult time. That's when she began a fitness training program that included weightlifting. Morjorie Newlin was participating in bodybuilding competitions, and winning, in her 80's! Same comment...in a bikini and lookin' good.

Now, obviously, these are special ladies who put in a lot of extra effort to accomplish some specific goals, but it does make a point. Life...and fitness...does not have to end at 40. Both of these ladies STARTED their fitness careers after age 40. Kelly Nelson was 53 and Morjorie Newlin was 72. Years later, both were still active in their chosen fitness areas and still enjoying life as well as, or better than, many in their 30's or 40's.

Fitness over 40? Heck, all around the globe, people in their 80's are skiing, hiking, canoing, biking. Some, not so adventurous, are lifting weights or sweatin' along with Richard Simmons. Some are black belts in Karate, and some quietly and calmly practice yoga or tai-chi.

As easy as this sounds, fitness over 40 requires regular performance of the proper exercises. Just as in our 30's or 40's, sitting in the easy chair, clicking the remote, doing 16 ounce curls with a Miller Lite just doesn't cut it. However, it is not necessary to pack up and head for the gym and try to keep up with the hard body cuties, either. It IS necessary to pick an exercise program or physical activity, combine that with some healthy eating habits...AND STICK TO IT!

Even over 40, the benefits normally associated with a regular, moderate exercise program will kick in, but for seniors, some benefits are of special importance.

People over 40 tend to break bones, usually from falling.

As we age, bones weaken, as do muscles. We lose some of our proprioception, the perception of stimuli relating to a person's own position, posture, equilibrium, or internal condition. Our ability to react quickly to a loss of balance, whatever the source, or to avoid an obstacle or actual peril becomes diminished.

Exercise helps bones stay strong and exercises such as weightlifting and other resistance training help your body maintain balance and stability. Weight bearing and resistance exercises assist the body in maintaining proprioception by improving the connections and conditions of the muscles and their anchoring in bone. This training also triggers the reconditioning of the signaling system from body to brain which allows the brain to realize the danger and transmit the appropriate signals to muscles which can react to correct the situation. Weightlifting and resistance exercises can help give your muscles the strength and agility to respond to those signals if you are tripped, off balance, or in other peril requiring quick reaction.

People over 40 begin to lose their zest for living and experience more health crises.

Part of this is due to normal changes that take place as we grow older. Our bodies get thicker and lose the gracefulness of youth. Things seem to become heavier and harder to move, and we begin to feel aches and pains that often accompany aging. Some of those aches and pains may be due to arthritis, and other ills may also attack us as we seem to become prey to every passing cold or other social ailment, and also see some deadlier or more debilitating conditions crop up in our age group, if not in ourselves.

Regular exercise comes to the rescue here as well. It can help with weight loss, or it can help with weight management once we get to our appropriate weight. Regular, moderate exercise can keep joints supple, in many cases even joints under attack by arthritis. I know about this as I have been afflicted with fairly severe osteoarthritis for several years and manage to keep myself active and the condition somewhat under control by my own exercise activities. Exercise also strengthens the immune system, which helps us avoid or fight off the normal bacterial and viral infections which seem to come our way and which often seem to wreak havoc on the older population.

Even better; regular, moderate exercise seems to be somewhat effective in helping ward off such common companions of aging as high blood pressure, type II diabetes, and even some forms of cancer.

What exercise program is beneficial for fitness over 40?

In the first analysis, almost any physical activity which gets your heart rate up, makes you breathe more deeply than normal, and which challenges muscles beyond their normal range of activity is going to be on the list. There are people in their 80's hiking mountain trails, water skiing, playing softball, weightlifting (as pointed out earlier), or even cheer leading. It is NOT necessary to take out a membership in a local gym, hire a personal trainer, or invest in a lot of exercise equipment and apparel...unless that helps get you motivated. Anything from walking, to swimming, to yoga, to weightlifting will generally fill the bill. There are, however, some simple points to think about.

1. Get your doctor's approval first. "Nuff said?

2. Pick an activity, or even a group of activities, which you will enjoy doing. Don't be afraid to try something new...take some classes in yoga, tai chi, or even karate. Maybe you will feel better in a certain amount of solitude and just want to pick up a set of weights and exercise in the privacy of your home. Perhaps the idea of biking around the neighborhood or even around other parts of the country appeals to you. If this is a new set of decisions, realize that you may try a few things at first that just don't pan out for one reason or another. Keep experimenting until you find what is right for you. You are STILL exercising, right?

3. Put some variation into your exercise.

Any exercise cannot itself provide the three basic types of exercise needed. We need exercises which will stretch muscles and joints, exercises which strengthen muscle, and exercises which improve our cardiovascular fitness. This is not really hard to do, however, and should not take a lot of time out of your life, particularly when you consider how much it will put back into your life. As one example, you could do a simple weight or resistance training for strength two or three times a week, some sort of low-impact aerobics or walking for cardio on other days, and do some simple stretching exercises every day. None of these workout periods needs to be more than about 30 minutes, although a little more time and effort may produce better benefits, particularly once you have trained up to a level where your body is comfortable meeting the demands you place on it.

You are more likely to stay on a physical fitness regimen if you enjoy it. However, things do tend to get stale over time. It doesn't hurt to vary your approach from time to time in either the manner in which you do certain exercises, or by varying the exercises themselves. While not exact equals, for example, swimming, biking, and walking can be somewhat interchangeable as part of your fitness routine. In some cases, simply varying the environment, i.e. taking a walk in the park or botanical gardens as opposed your neighborhood may be all the variation you need to feel like you have put a little zing into your day-to-day workout existence.

4. Start off easy. At any age, a common reason for failure to stay on ANY exercise program is that people tend to try to do too much at first and try to progress too fast. Whatever you choose, your body needs time to adjust to the new demands being made on it, and results will never come overnight.

5. Don't stop. Probably the most important aspect of any exercise program, or any other self-improvement program, is the commitment to what you know you should be doing day after day. A haphazard approach to your exercise program is detrimental at any stage in your life. After 40, however, making sure you get your regular dose of anti-aging exercise is incredibly important.

6. Eat healthy. I try to avoid the use of the word "diet", and often substitute the term "healthy eating" instead. Diets don't work and can even work against you. They are difficult to stay on and take a major portion of fun out of life instead of making life better. Healthy eating choices will do the trick if you make them a regular part of your life.

While fitness over 40 can demand some of your time and attention that you might not want to surrender to it, the rewards in overall health, fitness, and enjoyment of life will far outweigh any investment you put into it.

Weight Loss Over Forty - How to Reverse Middle Age Spread

Written By: Eileen Gravelle

Weight gain is one of the most unwelcome signs of middle age. Suddenly - your clothes are smaller than they used to be - especially around the waist. You may be eating less than you used to but losing weight is an uphill struggle.

Middle age weight gain may be a common problem but that certainly doesn't mean you have to throw in the towel and accept it as your lot. So, start your weight loss program now - it's never too late to reverse the middle age spread.

For most women, increases and shifts in weight begin during the years leading up to the menopause. But fluctuating hormones aren't the only cause of middle age weight gain. Middle aged men too suffer from the curse of the expanding waistline and some of the causes are common to us all.

Reduced physical activity and a slower metabolism undoubtedly contribute as does your genetic make up - if your parents have a tendency to store fat around the middle then the chances are you will too. So what can you do to shed this unwanted middle-aged spread? Here's a foolproof five part plan you can start today:

1. Resolve to make permanent changes to what you eat

Healthy and safe weight loss is about finding a weight management regime that can be maintained throughout life. Crash diets lead to yoyo weight gain which is damaging to health and looks.

Only a permanent change in eating, drinking and other lifestyle habits can bring about healthy sustainable weight loss. Scientists have only recently discovered that people who eat less live longest - assuming of course that they eat the right things. Calorie restriction is the latest new thing in anti aging research. So eat an antioxidant rich diet but eat less of it and you will live a longer, healthier life AND shed that weight.

2. Start with small changes

Cutting calorie intake drastically is just too daunting for most of us. It will also be self-defeating since your body will assume that there has been a drastic permanent shut down in food intake and will go into survival mode. Your metabolic rate will reduce and fat will be stored rather than burnt as energy.

So - instead of reducing your calorie intake by 1,000, try reducing it by just 250 during the first week and then decrease a little more as each week passes until you reach your targeted number of calories. Aim for a gradual weight loss of 2-3 pounds
per week sustained over a long period until you reach your ideal fitness and weight.

3. Build up muscle to burn more calories

Cutting down on calories is important but you need exercise to replace some of the fat with healthy muscle. More muscle means you'll burn more fat so taking exercise is a real virtuous circle.

To build muscle you have to do resistance training - either with weights in the gym or by following an exercise routine at home. Or you can try yoga and pilates for improved flexibility and core strength.

4. Make time for cardio or aerobic exercise

As well as toning and building muscle - you should also take aerobic or cardio exercise for around 20 minutes 3 times a week as a minimum. Aerobic exercise is anything that raises your heart rate to 60-85% of its maximum level. Activities like running, swimming, dancing, using a treadmill or a rower in the gym are all great forms of cardio exercise.

Cardio exercise is essential if you want to meet your weight loss goals so find an activity you like and build in the time to your weekly routine.

But don't think of it as a chore. Cardio exercise releases endorphins - nature's feel-good hormones - into your bloodstream. Your mood will be lifted and you will feel energized and positive rather than tired. Cardio exercise also raises metabolism levels for a long time after the exercise is taken - up to a whole day in some cases. So just think of all that extra fat you'll be burning once you stop!

5. Drink some green tea to raise your metabolic rate

Weight loss is a simple equation - take in less energy (food) than you burn (exercise) and you will lose weight. The problem is that weight loss gets more difficult as your metabolic rate declines with age. Upping your exercise level and building more muscle mass will do a lot but if you want to really kick-start
your metabolism try a natural fat burner like green tea.

Green tea has been shown in research studies to speed up metabolism and promote weight loss. Apart from that it also has amazing health-promoting and anti-aging benefits in its own right so you'll get thinner AND healthier at the same time.

So that's it - a five point plan to fight the mid-life flab. It's not, as they say, "rocket science", but follow it consistently and it is the best way to look younger and stay healthier for longer.

3 Simple Ways to Lose Weight Fast

Written By: Karen Sessions

When it comes to weight loss, many people struggle daily with this task which can seem impossible. They put together various calculations of numbers to create a workable equation. Generally, it looks great on paper, but most find it difficult
to carry out.

If this sounds like you then I can tell you 3 simple ways to lose weight fast with no counting, measuring, weighing, etc.

If you want quick and easy weight loss, read on...

If you are what you eat, what exactly are you? Since most people today don't take the time to prepare healthy meals that actually allow their body to function optimally, most people, if categorized by what they eat, are fast, easy, and cheap.

Don't you just wish there was a magic pill you could take that would just melt off the pounds, boost energy, increase health, ward off illness and disease, and keep you looking young?

Well, there's no pill to do all that specifically, but there are three things that you can begin incorporating right now to get you on that path and they are to:

Drink more water

Eat more fiber

Get more exercise

Yes, adding or increasing these three little factors can have a dramatic impact on your body, health, self-esteem, and overall mental attitude.

Drink more water - Your body is composed of primarily water. Water makes up your heart, blood, muscles, brain, kidneys, lunges, eyes, bones, etc. In addition, your body uses water to flush toxins out, neutralize acids and dilute excess acids. It's
quite obvious that water is a critical element and most people are severely dehydrated and not even aware of it.

Mild dehydration can slow down your metabolism. Without proper hydration levels your body can become acidic and store toxins in the fat stores, halting fat loss dead in its tracks.

Drinking colas, coffee, teas, etc. is not the hydration answer. Caffeine, in many of the drinks people choose to quench thirst, can cause further dehydration.

For a metabolic boost and flushing fat you should be drinking pure and fresh filtered water. Just adding 16 ounces of water between your meals can give you the hydration-edge you need to get fat moving and the weight off.

Eat more fiber - A good part of effective weight loss is having food moving through your system fluently. By adding more high-fiber foods to your diet it can keep your bowels moving correctly, it will keep you fuller longer, and it will aid in fat burning.

Most people don't eat near the amount of fiber needed for fat loss or overall health. To improve both of these areas, aim for 25-30 grams of fiber a day from whole grains, brown rice, fruits, legumes, etc.

Get more exercise - Getting active will boost your metabolism, increase endorphins, and will ease stress. For overall fat loss, cardiovascular exercise should be included in your exercise program. Shoot for 20 minutes four times a week as a starter. When you feel you have adapted to that cardio format, increase your intensity and/or duration. Cardio works best for fat loss when you keep it new and fresh.

Choose an activity you enjoy or that you can do with a friend. If you can keep your exercise of choice fun, you are more likely to continue with it.

Conclusion to 3 Simple Ways to Lose Weight Fast

Simply by implementing these 3 simple and natural tactics, you can be well on your way to a healthy and fit body in no time at all.

Easy Ways To Lose Weight - 3 Easy, No-Fuss Ways To Lose Weight

Written By: Vienna Miller

Is there an easy way to lose weight? That's usually the question on most people's minds this time of year as we hurdle towards bathing suit season. Often, just the thought of losing weight makes people think of deprivation diets and painful stomach rumblings.

But weight loss doesn't have to be like that.

There are several easy ways to lose weight. Many slim people know about them and use them this time of year to take the weight off rapidly without a lot of fuss or hassle. This article will review 3 of these ways, giving you a bit about each.

As always, consult your doctor or health care team before making any changes to your diet and/or lifestyle.

#1 Hoodia Gordonii

Hoodia is a natural appetite suppressant that tricks your brain into thinking that you're full and turns off the desire to overeat. It not only helps turn off physical hunger but many people also report that they do not even have the desire to overeat, which makes it REALLY easy to lose weight.

Hoodia is a natural plant extract from the South African desert and has been declared safe to take by experts. It has also been eaten by the South African tribesman for years with no ill effects.

Compared to synthetic diet pills that can make you all jittery and nervous (and may cause serious side effects), Hoodia Gordonii is an excellent natural alternative. People taking it have reported losing up to 5-7 pounds per week.

The only downside is that the market is flooded with 'fake' Hoodia. Because there is too much demand and not enough supply (Hoodia plants take approximately 4-7 years to mature), a lot of companies are using fake Hoodia and/or not putting enough Hoodia into their pills.

If you end up buying a poor brand of Hoodia, it won't work for you and you'll have wasted your money. So be careful when shopping to buy from a company that uses South African Hoodia Gordonii and offers you certification like their C.I.T.E.S. certificate and lab analysis. If you do your research ahead of time, you'll be much more likely to find pure Hoodia and get the weight loss results you want.

#2 Weight Loss Patch

Weight loss patches are growing in popularity because they're easy to use, often work better than pills and offer a great variety of fat burning ingredients.

Weight loss patches work by decreasing your appetite and/or increasing your metabolism or both. Instead of taking something through your mouth, a weight loss patch is placed on the skin and delivers it's ingredients transdermally (through your skin).

For many people with compromised digestive systems, this can be a better way of absorbing the fat-burning ingredients into their system.

You can get weight loss patches that offer Hoodia, green tea, caffeine, guarana, fucus vesiculosus (a natural seaweed that boosts your thyroid) and other fat burning ingredients.

It's important to choose a weight loss patch that only has ingredients you feel comfortable with (for example, if caffeine makes you feel jumpy, avoid those weight loss patches that use green tea and/or caffeine.)

The beauty of a weight loss patch is that it's working to help you lose weight while you're going about your daily business. How easy is that?

#3 Diet Home Delivery

Diet delivery is becoming an extremely popular way for busy people to lose weight. These days, we may want to eat better - but really, who has the time? It's so much easier to have the food prepared for you.

Many popular diets are offering their diet food delivered straight to your door. You pay a monthly fee and you either get the food delivered weekly or daily to your door.

Unlike in the past, diet delivery is actually quite affordable due to companies growing and buying in bulk. Many plans start at around $15-25 a day for all 3 meals.

Plus it's extremely convenient. In most cases you just take out your meal from the fridge or freezer, follow the heating instructions for 5-10 minutes and eat. Diet delivery is like having a dietitian or personal chef helping you lose weight.

So those are 3 easy way to lose weight. They give many people that extra push that is often needed when it comes to weight loss.

Remember however that the easiest way to lose weight is found when you match the right plan to your lifestyle and unique tastes. Choose a weight loss plan that gets you excited and motivated - you'll have much better (and probably faster) results!

Weight Loss the Natural Way

Written By: Lambert Klein

If you want natural weight loss and improve your health, then consider a raw food diet as an option. There are many benefits including a stronger immune system.

Many believe that a raw vegan diet is the natural diet for humans. It seems like people on raw food diets can eat almost as much as they want and still maintain a healthy weight.

Cavemen didn't eat cooked foods until after they learned how to use fire. Then they slowly started to incorperate it into their diets. Once they begin using fire they slowly incorporated cooked foods into their diet.

This appears to make sense. Raw foods contain all the natural enzymes that assist you to completely digest your food without putting excessive strain on your body. Cooked foods have most if not all of the enzymes destroyed. You have to try your best to cut back on processed food. Stay with the healthier fresh fruits and vegetables.

We are all aware of the hormones, preservatives and other unhealthy additives that are in our foods today. This is a significant reason to try to eat organic foods as well.

People on raw food diets seem to be healthier, happier and hardly catch a cold. You do have to make sure you have enough vit-b12 though. Have this checked and take a supplement if necessary.

One healthy food that may be particularly good in helping with weight loss is parsnips. They are high in fiber which makes you feel fuller. Parsnips can lower cholesterol and keep your blood sugar even.

If you definitely want to lose weight and keep it off, then you need to follow a healthy lifestyle. You must get enough exercise and eat healthier. Instead of taking the elevator, take the stairs. Only on those Geico comercials will you see a caveman taking an escalator instead of hoofing it.

Make sure you include healthy oils and fats that contains omega 3. Stay away from the unhealthy ones. Avocados also contain healthy oils.

Try your best to eat more fresh fruits and vegetables. Slowly start to cut out the cooked foods and meats. Continue on this path and you will start to feel great and wonder why you haven't started this long ago.

After the cavemen discovered fire they had to chase their dinner. They even had to run from their so-called dinners at times"dinner" would chase them. Before they ate meat they had to thoroughly search for other food. I suppose they exercised a bit more than we do today.

Walking, running, swimming and jogging are some of the ways to exercise more. Maybe those cavemen aren't receiving all the credit they deserve after all.

Losing Weight Fast

Written By: Abigail Franks

If you've read anything about weight loss, you know that it's a long term process that takes time. You've also heard that it's taken you months and sometimes years to gain weight and expecting to lose it fast is not realistic. The problem however is that maybe you have a pair of pants or a nice formfitting dress that you're so close to being able to wear comfortably that just a couple of pounds would make all the difference.

Sometimes losing just a couple of pounds will make all the difference in the world... at least to you. You need to realize that weight is just a number. Being two, three or even five pounds lighter may make you feel better about yourself but the great majority of people simple won't notice the difference. So unless you're working in an industry where even the slightest weight fluctuation is important (like pro wrestling, modeling, horse jockey etc.) you would be better off changing your perspective than attempting quick weight loss.

Anytime you try to lose more than a pound or two a week, you can potentially damage your health. These are rare but are very real and can damage your health for life. I encourage you to make an appointment and visit with your doctor to discuss your weight loss plans.

For those who are interested in just feeling better, and that special set of clothes and need to lose some weight fast, the answer is to remove water from your body. Our bodies are mainly water and actually very heavy. A gallon of water weighs in at 7 1/2 pounds. Manage to remove a gallon of water from your body, and you lose 7 1/2 pounds.

Not giving your body enough water, however, can lead to heart problems, but it can lower your weight quickly. You should know that there's really no way to maintain water weight loss long term. While a short-term tactic, trying to manage water weight
gain will only end up being a frustrating effort that ends in failure.

Water weight is the reason why are weight fluctuates from day to day, and even from morning to night. Drink a lot of liquids in your weight will go up as many as five and sometimes even more pounds. In the next day or two though when your body processes and eliminates the water, your weight will return back to normal. See, you didn't actually gained the weight, nor did you lose it because it's simply water weight fluctuation.

One way to lose water weight though is to eliminate salt. Without salt or sodium, your body will release excess water. You need to stay away from all sodium-based foods as well. If your goal is losing weight fast to fit into those jeans, you need to read every label on every food that you eat. When attempting to lose weight quickly you need to read every label to eliminate as much salt in sodium as possible. Your perspective on this matter makes a great deal of difference on whether you're satisfied with your appearance. If you're close to your ideal weight a couple of pounds of water weight are not going to make much of a difference in your appearance. If you're definitely overweight you should know that it will take more than a couple of pounds of weight loss for others to notice.

Your best bet for losing weight fast is as always a healthy diet and more active lifestyle.
